She has been an outstanding allied healthcare professional for the past 30 years and has achieved expertise in echocardiography, and nuclear medicine, especially nuclear cardiology. Her background also included medical practice management, as she is a Certified Medical Manager. To this date, Joyce had added expertise in the accreditation process of ICANL™, ICAEL™ and ICAVL™. Over 80 satisfied customers nationwide have given high regard to Joyce’s work, especially with the QUALITY assurance programs she has developed.

Fraser Enterprises, LLC has 10 imaging professionals on staff. All are certified or registered in their field with many years of experience.

Recently, within the last 4 years, the trend toward accreditation for all imaging modalities has become a vital part of the business of medical imaging. This requirement not just on the state or local level, but the CMS/Medicare and other federally funded payers have set January 1, 2012 as a deadline.

Fraser Enterprises, LLC has acknowledged these trend years ago and is prepared to help as many imaging labs become fully accredited as possible. The work doesn’t stop there once the certificate of accreditation is granted. The continuity of the QUALITY assurance program is vital, not just to maintain a high standard of work, but for reaccreditation in three years.
